Jeremiah’s PromiseJeremiah’s Promise seeks to make a significant and positive impact on the foster youth, 18 to 21, who have aged out of care or are soon to age out in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. Come alongside as a mentor, an event planner, a life skills facilitator, a tutor or a college or career guide. Share a talent, an encouraging testimony or food and beverage at one of the youth activities or life skills events. Hang out, and discover how you fit into the foundation of the life of a youth who needs a strong network of support as he or she paves their way into adulthood.
