Jeremiah’s Promiseseeks to make a significant and positive impact on the foster youth, 17 to 24, who have aged out of care or are soon to age out in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. We are honored to serve the emerging adults who have have experienced abuse early in life. With the help of a caring community, the next stage of their lives could lay the ground work for a hopeful future. All of us can make a difference.
