Jeremiah's Promise is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the needs of those youth who
"age out" of the foster care system at age 18 and who would otherwise face homelessness, poverty and
hopelessness.
In a residential setting, we empower these youth to become healthy, self-sufficient, productive members of the
community through a comprehensive combination of services that includes:

- Education Planning
- Academic Support
- Career Counseling
- Life Skills Development
- Monthly Savings Program
- Therapeutic Counseling
- Employment
- Financial Management
