Our Mission
Jeremiah’s Promise is dedicated to solving the underlying problems of emancipated foster youth who age out of the foster care system and often “emancipate” into homelessness, poverty and hopelessness.
We empower aspiring youth to become confidently independent by offering a program that includes mentoring, academic support, career guidance, and life skills enhancement using an approach of unconditional love and respect.
Social workers, ILP coordinators, After-Care managers, CASA’s, group home providers and foster parents are invited to refer teens, ages 17 to 24 into our mentoring program. Emancipating or recently emancipated foster youths are encouraged to self refer.
